"Jessica was my original agent and she was incredible! After she left in December of 2023, this place became the worst. I made repeated requests for a small change, and it took Alex 3 months to request it from State Farm. As a result of her lack of communicationa and follow through, I spent over 6 hours on the phone with State Farm to fix her request which had been submitted incorrectly. It has been a nightmare working with her. I miss Jessica. Switching agents ASAP. You should too."

"This review is for Jessica Richard’s From the moment I spoke to Jessica you know she is their to help! She gave me quotes for both home and auto, State Farm cannot cover my home because of claims I made but never used but gave me suggestions which I appreciated. I now have my auto insurance policy with State Farm and looking forward to home coverage when those claims are dropped off. Jessica is a valued employee, she goes above and beyond to help out whom ever she speaks with! Thank you Jessica Lucille Baranick"

In the beginning I thought getting insurance would be complicated and an anxious experience but Alex reassured me and was able to provide a straightforward and heartfelt experience, and she was able to get me a discount through the Steer Clear, and driver training making it much cheaper than other insurance’s policies for young drivers. If I get more policy’s in the future I’ll be sure to get it from Alex."
