"Jessica was my original agent and she was incredible! After she left in December of 2023, this place became the worst. I made repeated requests for a small change, and it took Alex 3 months to request it from State Farm. As a result of her lack of communicationa and follow through, I spent over 6 hours on the phone with State Farm to fix her request which had been submitted incorrectly. It has been a nightmare working with her. I miss Jessica. Switching agents ASAP. You should too."
